Welcome to Groomington Eats, where every treat is made with love, and every purchase should feel like a belly rub for both you and your pup! Before you fetch your goodies, here are the Terms & Conditions that keep things running smoother than a freshly brushed Golden Retriever.

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask that you sit, stay, and reconsider before proceeding.


1. General Information

Groomington Eats ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to provide delicious, human-grade dog treats and stylish accessories for dogs and their humans. All products sold through our website are intended for personal use only and are not for resale without prior authorization.


2. Our Products & Ingredients

🐾 Dog Treats: Our treats are made with human-grade ingredients and crafted for canine consumption only (no matter how tempting they may look to you!). While we use high-quality, natural ingredients, always check with your vet before introducing new treats into your dog's diet.

🐾 Accessories: Our non-food items (bandanas, collars, human apparel, etc.) are designed to be stylish and functional, but we cannot guarantee they’ll make your dog sit still for Instagram photos.

🐾 Allergy Disclaimer: While we strive to be transparent about our ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as peanuts, dairy, wheat, or other potential irritants. If your dog has known allergies, please read the ingredients carefully before purchasing.


3. Ordering & Payment

🐶 Prices & Availability: Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. Products are available while supplies last—because once a batch is gone, it’s gone!

🐶 Payments: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Payment must be received before we start packing up your pup’s goodies.

🐶 Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they go into production, and there’s no turning back (kind of like when your dog commits to a zoomie).


4. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Processing Time: We strive to get your treats and accessories packed and shipped within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Handmade or custom items may take a little longer.

🚚 Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers, but once the package leaves our paws, it’s out of our control. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays.

🐾 Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package goes missing after it’s marked as delivered, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for stolen packages (we blame the neighborhood squirrels).


5. Returns & Refunds

Because we sell perishable treats, all food sales are final—but if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, contact us within 3 days so we can make things right.

6. Liability & Safety

🐕 While our treats are designed to be safe and delicious, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions your pet may have. Always introduce new treats slowly and supervise your pet while snacking.

🐶 Our accessories are made for casual wear and should not be used as safety or training equipment. If your pup is an escape artist, we recommend using a specialized harness or collar designed for that purpose.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, including our logo, product names, and images, belongs to Groomington Eats and cannot be used without permission. We love when you share our products on social media—just give us a tag so we can wag our tails in appreciation!


8. Privacy & Security
